Phenotype Analysis
The expression of EGFP and tdTomato in mouse erythrocytes was detected by flow cytometry. The majority of erythrocytes in the bone marrow of B-Epor-EGFP- iCre(Mut/+); Rosa26-CAG- tdTomato(Mut/+) mice were double positive cells of EGFP and tdTomato, while the granulocytes in bone marrow were single positive cells of tdTomato. The results were consistent with the results in the study, indicating that B-Epor-EGFP-iCre mice were designed and expressed successfully.
